The invitation is more the just sending an invite to guests – but an extension of the party. If you want to make this birthday very special to someone, sending a quality invitation to the guest will demonstrate how important the party is.

Be sure before sending the invitations out they have all the necessary information on them. It is very important you send out the invitations a few weeks before the party is set to begin. This will allow your guests to plan accordingly. If you send invitations out too early your guests might forget about the party. If you send the invitations out too late your guests might have made plans for that particular day or the invitations might not get to your guests home in time.

Also, invitations have been known to get lost in the mail, if this happens you will have enough time to either send out more or call your guests to ensure they are coming or not. After you send out the invitation’s give your guests a call to ensure they received the invitation. Don’t forget thank you cards or notes after the party has concluded. The guests were kind enough to attend the birthday party so be sure you thank them with a well-written note.
